We are a consulting firm with many years of experience across all segments of the healthcare industry, including health IT, providers and policy makers. Our team brings skills in strategy development, policy analysis, technology implementation, data science, communication and design to our client engagements to expand patient access, increase reimbursement and improve practice management.

CalAIM Tools and Resources
Alameda CalAIM PATH Collaborative
BluePath Health is thrilled to be the facilitator for the Alameda PATH Collaborative. The Collaborative meets monthly to discuss CalAIM implementation and support the rollout of CalAIM Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports. Health plans, county leaders, community-based organizations, hospitals, clinics, and other CalAIM stakeholders are encouraged to join. The Medi-Cal managed care plans in Alameda County include Alameda Alliance for Health and Anthem Blue Cross Partnership Plan.
Tri-Counties CalAIM PATH Collaborative
BluePath Health also facilitates the Tri-Counties PATH Collaborative. The Collaborative comprises San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties. The collaborative meets monthly to discuss CalAIM implementation and support the rollout of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports. Health plans, county leaders, community-based organizations, hospitals, clinics, and other CalAIM stakeholders are encouraged to join. The Medi-Cal managed care plans in this region include CenCal Health (San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara) and Gold Coast Health Plan (Ventura).
PATH TA Marketplace
In 2023, BluePath Health was selected by the Department of Health Care Services as a CalAIM PATH TA Marketplace vendor. The TA Marketplace is available to providers, community-based organizations, counties, and other entities implementing Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports. BluePath Health will offer TA to eligible organizations in the domains of Building Data Capacity, Supporting Cross-Sector Partnerships, Engaging in CalAIM through Medi-Cal Managed Care, and Promoting Health Equity.
Coalition Building
A coalition of California's top industry leaders, including health plans, providers, patient advocates and other stakeholders that are united behind vastly improving the state’s health data infrastructure.
Marin 9 to 25 is an action-oriented collective of Marin County youth and adults dedicated to realizing positive and equitable outcomes for youth age 9 to 25.
The E-Consult Workgroup includes payers, providers, state policy leaders, and patient advocates seeking to expand the adoption and use of e-consult in our health care system.
The Story of Our Name
The inspiration for our name comes from water. An innovative strategy for global water management called “the blue path” addresses policy, technology and strategy for sustainable clean water delivery. Quality healthcare requires a similarly integrated approach to improve access, increase efficiency and ensure sustainability.
BluePath Health’s mission is to provide policy organizations, technology innovators, health care providers and payers with innovative solutions that address strategy, policy and technology and deliver sustainable and lasting improvement for community health. Our blue path leads to quality healthcare that is both life giving and life preserving.
